Steven B. Waite

Steve co-founded Accuitive Medical Ventures, and brings 25 years of significant operating experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to forming AMV, he co-founded The Innovation Factory (TIF), a life science incubator. Steve continues to operate as CEO of TIF, which provides approximately half of the AMV investments. Through his TIF involvement, Steve has co-founded eight companies; AcuFocus, LipoSonix, Cerebral Vascular Applications, NeoVista, NeuroNetics, Cellutions, OsteoLign and AqueSys. Prior to forming TIF, he co-founded PrimeVision Health, Inc., HealthTech and SafeWaste between 1992 thru 1999. All of the companies were sold to public entities. Mr. Waite holds a B.A. in Biology and an M.B.A in Finance, both from Wake Forest University.

Steve currently serves on the boards of AcuFocus, NeoVista, Cellutions, OsteoLign, WaveTec and AqueSys.
